Grand Stable & Carriage Building
A Historic Landmark built in 1887 and designed by renowned architect Warren Haywood Williams, the Grand Stable & Carriage Building is characterized by its Classic Italianate Cast Iron construction. With many recent upgrades, improvements and classic finishes, the Grand Stable offers attractive “Creative Space” to the CBD office market. Six-Twenty Building
Fully Renovated in 2010, the Six-Twenty Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings. Originally constructed as a six-story structure in 1907, with the rapid growth of Portland’s business district after the Lewis & Clark Exposition, a six-story addition was added to the building in 1913. With extensive upgrades to the building’s façade and improvements to the common areas, the Six-Twenty Building has become a popular option for both creative-users as well as traditional office tenants. Located on the Transit Mall in downtown Portland, the Six-Twenty Building features 2 Floors of Retail Space and 10 Floors of Office Space spread over 120,000 square feet.
Broadway Commons Building
A six-story building constructed in 1913, the 60,000 square foot Broadway Commons is comprised of both ground-floor retail and 5 floors of office space. Fully renovated in 2012, the Broadway Commons’ features include LEED Gold Certification, New Creative Office Space, New Security & Access Controls, New 75 Stall bike parking facility, newly renovated on-site parking facility, State-of-the-Art Exercise Facility, as well as Shower and Changing Facilities on each office floor.
